Where does the shoot take place?
I like to use a local boutique hotel suite. I'm more tha happy to discuss options with you or even shoot in your own home.
How long does it take?
Your boudoir experience begins with a professional hair and makeup session, which typically lasts about 1-2 hours. Following this, we'll dive into the photography session itself, which usually runs for around 2 hours. However, I'm always open to extending the shoot if needed, as my clients often enjoy staying longer. I’m constantly inspired with fresh ideas, even after a 2-3 hour session, ensuring we capture a variety of stunning images.
Do I supply my own wardrobe?
Yes, clients are required to supply their own wardrobe for the boudoir photography session. For hygiene reasons, it's essential that you bring your own lingerie and any personal clothing items you'd like to include in your shoot. This ensures that you feel comfortable and confident in your chosen outfits. While you provide your own wardrobe, I also have a selection of props available to enhance your session. These can add a unique touch to your images and help create the desired mood and style. If you have any specific ideas or items you'd like to incorporate, feel free to discuss them with me during our planning session.
Who Are Boudoir Photography Sessions For?
At Teri V Photography, our boudoir sessions are designed to celebrate and empower individuals in a safe and supportive environment. We specialize in capturing the beauty and confidence of single women, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Our focus is on creating an inclusive and welcoming experience for those who wish to express themselves through intimate and artistic photography. As such, we do not offer boudoir sessions for single straight men. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out.
How will i receive my images?
After your boudoir photography session, you'll be invited to a personalized viewing session. During this appointment, you'll have the opportunity to review your images and select your favorites. This intimate setting allows you to choose the images that resonate most with you, ensuring a bespoke collection that reflects your unique experience. Once you've made your selections, we can discuss options for prints, albums, or digital downloads to suit your preferences. This approach allows you to fully appreciate the artistry of your images and make choices that best fit your vision.
Do you do payment plans?
Yes I do. You have the option to pay in full or part pay in 2 or 5 instalments. We can discuss this at your discovery call. I will always try and be as accommodating as possible.
